At Cat Person I built a gifting and seeding program from the ground up in an environment that required a lean, highly resourceful approach. With limited agency support and a small internal growth team, I focused on scaling UGC by leveraging employees and identifying creators already making authentic cat-first content. 

Starting with free product seeding, we encouraged creators to post organically and secured rights to reshare and recut videos with strong visuals and hooks. Many of these creators were smaller hobby accounts and genuine cat people which made them both highly receptive and deeply authentic.
